There are so many wonderful craft and inspiration books. This bibliography divides them inot the five areas of editorial intervention discussed in the talk.

How do you find the right editor? Look at qualifications, experience and recommendations. This list gives some websites and avenues to explore. 

Coaching and developmental editing are bespoke services so the editor will want  information about your project. They will often have questionnaires like this to see if they are the right editor for you. Many will also offer a video chat.
